KATHMANDU, July 1: Former Minister and leader of the Federal Socialist Forum, Dr Mangal Siddhi Manandhar, has passed away at 11:45 am on friday. He was 75.
He was undergoing treatment at Norvic Hospital in the capital for prostate cancer.
Dr Manandhar has served as the vice chair of the National Planning Commission as well. He also served as the Education Minister.
He is survived by wife, two sons and a daughter. RSS
