KATHMANDU, Feb 3: A forest fire in Fedi Khola Rural Municipality-2 of Syangja district has gone out of control.
The forest fire that started on Tuesday evening is yet to be brought under control.
According to Assistant Chief District Officer of Syangja, Sashi Kumar Lamsal, slopes and cliffs in the region are making it difficult to douse the fire.
Teams of Nepal Police, Nepal Army and local people are doing their best to bring the fire under control.
Most regions of Nepal did not receive rainfall and snow this year, which has triggered forest fire time and again across the country.
