KATHMANDU, Nov 22: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat is leaving Australia today.
During his stay in Australia, Minister Dr Mahat is scheduled to meet with his Australian counterpart Julie Bishop, Minister for International Development and the Pacific Senator Concetta Fierravanti-Wells, and leader of opposition (Australian Labor Party) Bill Shorten, among others, says a press release issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meetings, discussions would be held on various aspects of bilateral relations.
The Minister would also participate as Chief Guest in the inaugural program of Nepal Festival organized by the Non-Resident Nepali Association Australia in Sydney on 26 November 2016. He would interact with Nepali community there.
Minister Dr Mahat is accompanied by senior officials of the Ministry and Embassy of Nepal in Canberra. RSS
