SURKHET, Nov 28: Five people were killed in a bus accident near Badachaur in Bheri Municipality-13 of Jajarkot district on Sunday morning. According to Jajarkot District Police Office Chief DSP Madhu Kumar Thapa, 27 people were injured in the accident. The condition of three of the injured is critical.

Thapa said that that the bus (Na 6 Kha 2757) heading to Radibazar of Jajarkot from Nepalgunj of Banke met with an accident near Badachaur today morning.

According to police, three of the five deceased have been identified. The deceased have been identified as Sher Bahadur Pariyar of Nalgadh Municipality-3 of Jajarkot, Bidya Shahi of Rukum West-28 and Gangaram Yadav of Rajbiraj Saptari.

Among the injured are one child, 9 women and 19 men.
