KATHMANDU, Sept 20: The annual report of the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission has been submitted to President Ram Chandra Paudel.
Chairman of the commission, Balanand Paudel, presented the annual report of the commission for the fiscal year 2080/81 BS to President Paudel amid a program held today at Rashtrapati Bhawan Sheetal Niwas.

On that occasion, President Paudel said that the role and responsibility of the commission in the implementation of fiscal federalism is important. He expressed his belief that the commission will work in a more orderly, strong and effective manner in accordance with its responsibilities including revenue sharing, financial equalization grants, internal debt limits, and meeting the expenditure responsibilities of all three levels of government.
It will further recommend measures to improve revenue collection under fiscal federalism, he believed.
