“Zara is the world´s leading clothing retailer and a fashion powerhouse,” said Sonam Ghale, managing director of Central Retail. “Though Zara products are already available in some branded stores, we are opening the first exclusive Zara outlet in Nepal.”
Central Retail has already imported new collection for men and women. It plans to introduce Zara Kids in the near future.

Zara owns different brands like Massimo Dutti, Pull and Bear, Oysho, Uterque, Stradivarius and Bershka. Central Retail has impressive collection of clothing and accessories by Zara, Massimo Dutti and Bershka. Massimo Dutti is the higher end apparels from Zara.
"We are targeting people in 13-35 years age group. We will introduce products for kids in the near future,” Ghale added.
Customers can find a range of casual wear, formal wear, dresses, accessories, footwear and other basics things at Central Retail. The price of these products starts from Rs 690 for basics and accessories, Rs 1,590 for shirts and Rs 2,990 for dresses.
“We have introduced products of different price range because many people think branded products are expensive. Zara and Bershka products are available at reasonable price, while Massimo Dutti is an expensive high-end brand," Ghale said.
According to Ghale, 50 percent of the products Zara sells are manufactured in Spain, 26 percent in the rest of Europe, and 24 percent in Asian and African countries. The company produces about 11,000 varieties of items.
Central Retail plans to open more Zara outlets in the future. The store is offering opening discount of 15 percent to all customers until April 7.
