BIRATNAGAR, June 3: A fire on Sunday evening at a private residence at Budhabare of Belbari – 8 in Morang has gutted properties worth Rs 300,000.
The fire destroyed a two storey house made of wood and tins belonging to Kumar Thapa. Clothes, food commodities and crockery were also gutted in the fire, according to Police Province Office 1, Biratnagar.
The fire was taken under control by fire engine with help of locals and police. The fire was caused from an electric short-circuit.(RSS)
