Adhikari's final rites to be performed with state honors

KATHMANDU, March 3: The government has decided to perform final rites of senior communist leader Bharat Mohan Adhikari with state honors, Prime Minister's Press Advisor Kundan Aryal told Republica Online.

A cabinet meeting on Sunday afternoon made a decision to this effect. Leader Adhikari will be cremated at Pashupati Aryaghat later today.

Adhikari, 82, passed away on Saturday evening.
