PARSA, June 10: Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum Nepal Vice-Chair and parliamentarian Lal babu Raut Gaddi has said an environment favourable for second phase of local level election was being enabled in the Terai region. 

The second phase of election will be held in various 41 districts across province no 1, 2, 5 and 7. 

Gaddi reasoned the government's positive attitude towards the Madhes issues for the positive environment for election in Terai. 

At a press conference organized by the Forum in Birgunj today, parliamentarian Gaddi argued that that the leaders of the Rastriya Janata Party were against the upcoming election for seeking attention. 

Stating that the voters in Terai region were mentally prepared for the election being held in 19 years, he reaffirmed his belief that the election will not fizzle out due to the reservations of any parties. RSS
