KAVREPALANCHOWK, May 4: The police have arrested three persons of a single family from the district on a murder charge.
The arrestees have been identified as Padam Lal Chaulagain of Chaurideurali Rural Municipality-5, his wife Jamuna and daughter Santoshi.

Padam Lal with the help of his wife and daughter some days ago thrashed his daughter-in-law Bipana Dhakal Chaulagain to death over a family dispute, said the police.
"Police investigations show that Padam Lal killed Bipana, and buried her body in nearby forest, around 500 meters away from his house, with the help of Jamuna and Santoshi," said Superintendent of Police Sahakul Bahadur Thapa. Later the police found out during an investigation that Bipana's body was buried in the forest, and exhumed.
A murder case has been filed against three of the arrestees, and further investigations are on, he said. Bipana's body has been sent to Kathmandu-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for a postmortem. RSS
