Fake candidates taking Public Service Commission examination arrested

SURKHET, Dec 10: Police have arrested eight fake candidates who were taking a public service commission examination for technical police. Police have arrested eight fake candidates sitting for the examination at the Public Service Commission office in Surkhet on Wednesday.

According to the District Police Office, Surkhet, Tilak BK, 23 was attending on behalf of Kamal BK of Bhagwatimai Rural Municipality-7, Dailekh, Ram Bahadur Karki, 19 on behalf of Rana Bahadur Rawal of Gurans Rural Municipality-2, Dailekh, Dipendra BK, 25, instead of Chakra Raj BK of Bhagwatimai Rural Municipality-7, Dailekh and 20-year old Ramesh Prasad Neupane was attending in pace of Chandra Bahadur Rana of Narayan Municipality-7.

Similarly, Yam Poudel, 19, of Birendranagar Municipality-1, Surkhet, Uttam BC, 18 and 20-year old Rudra Prasad Sharma were arrested for sitting in the examination in place of Dhan Bahadur Dangi of Jajarkot, Yahta BC of Surkhet and Arjun Sunar of Bardiya, respectively.

According to the police, 11 fake candidates have been arrested since December 5 in connection to the music exam held to recruit technical police.
