BHAKTAPUR, Nov 27: The election candidates in Bhaktapur have demanded security after explosions were carried out at the homes of candidates in the district. 

The explosions were carried out targeting the homes of Nepali Congress Bhaktapur-1 province assembly candidate Jeevan Khatri and Ganesh Man Chakradhar, province assembly election candidate of Bhaktapur- 2 on Saturday evening. 

The candidates after meeting the chief district officer Drona Pokharel have urged him to provide security to them.
