KATHMANDU, March 25: The Election Commission (EC) of Nepal has planned to print 20 million ballot papers targeting the upcoming local level polls scheduled to be held on May 13.

EC's Assistant Spokesperson Surya Prasad Aryal said the number of ballot papers would be printed against the 17.7 million registered voters.

According to Aryal, the printing of the ballot paper would begin only after releasing the final name list of the voters and some 10 to 15 additional ballot papers should be printed than the total number of voters.
