EC says 1,025 inquiries from call centers addressed

KATHMANDU, Oct 26: The Election Commission (EC) has said that it has addressed 1,025 inquiries received from various call centers.

KATHMANDU, Oct 26: The Election Commission (EC) has said that it has addressed 1,025 inquiries received from various call centers.


The Commission has said that most of the complaints and inquiries received at the call center 1102, which was set up for the election of members of the House of Representatives and members of the provincial assemblies on November 20, have been addressed.

According to the EC, 1,197 calls were received out of 1,502 calls made to the call center service, which has been in operation since October 14, and 1,025 queries have been addressed. According to the commission, 172 calls were missed and 305 voice mails were received during that period.
