Dry landslide obstructs Narayangadh-Muglin road section

CHITWAN, May 28: Vehicular movement along the Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been obstructed since this evening.

The road section has been obstructed from 5:30 pm after a dry landslide near Namdikhola of Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-6. 

According to the District Police Office, a person traveling in a jeep sustained injury as a result of the landslide. The injured person was brought to Bharatpur for treatment. 

Efforts to remove landslide debris are currently underway and the vehicular traffic along the road section would resume after the debris is cleared, said police.
