HETAUDA, Dec 6: The driver of a truck died in an accident on the under-construction Kathmandu-Terai expressway (Fast Track) at Jhankridanda, Bakaiya Rural Municipality-5, Makwanpur, on Friday.
The District Police Office, Makwanpur, said that the driver, Sanu Lo Tamang, 40, a resident of Chitwan, died when the truck (8 Kha 2430) loaded with river material (gravel) and going towards the Fast Track met with an accident.

Police said that the truck fell about 30 meters below the road at 8:30 this morning. Tamang was crushed by the truck and died on the spot.
