The main opposition CPN-UML district leaders are occupied in making strategies to attract the voters in the party favor. Likewise, CPN Maoist Centre is organizing various training programs and seminars to reactivate the village committee offices.

However, Nepali Congress has failed to institutionalize the election campaign in the district. The district level party leaders could not create the ambiance for the election in the favor.

The party district committee office had mobilized the cadres from two municipalities and seven village councils to submit the report on the situation of the respective areas and to suggest accordingly. The mobilized forces are reluctant to accomplish the assigned task.

The district level party leaders, however, have committed to finalize the task and to prepare the party for the upcoming election.
