Doctors called for talks

KATHMANDU, Sept 1: Minister of State for Health and Populations Dr. Surendra Yadav has urged the agitating doctors to engage in meaningful talks after giving up all protesting programmes.

KATHMANDU, Sept 1: Minister of State for Health and Populations Dr. Surendra Yadav has urged the agitating doctors to engage in meaningful talks after giving up all protesting programmes.

 

Doctors aligned with Nepal Medical Association (NMA) have been launching protesting programmes for past few days demanding to remove the provision of criminal prosecution from the newly enforced Penal Code.

Speaking in a programme here in the capital today State Minister urged the doctors for talks and resume the regular service as the bill related to public health service was registered in the parliament and it would address the concerns of the agitating doctors as well. RSS
