KATHMANDU, Jan 23: Did you experience a freezing sensation in your hands this morning? With temperatures dropping to 3.4 degrees, it's no surprise that the cold is making an impact. Today, a chilly atmosphere envelops most parts of the country, including the Kathmandu Valley. By 9 o'clock in the morning, working becomes a challenge as the hands feel the bite of the cold.

Temperatures are on the decline nationwide, with the Kathmandu Valley experiencing a recent drop to 3 to 4 degrees. According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division, Kathmandu's temperature has reached the lowest levels, measuring between 3.2 and 3.4 degrees since Sunday.
