KATHMANDU, Sept 13: The government has decided to temporarily reopen the Dharahara starting from September 19.


The Cabinet meeting held on Thursday decided to temporarily open the newly-constructed Dharahara in Sundhara, Kathmandu, starting from September 19.

A minister stated that the decision to temporarily reopen the Dharahara was made in conjunction with Constitution Day.


The Dharahara, which was destroyed in the 2015 earthquake, is set to temporarily reopen following its reconstruction.
