The NC Chief Whip Bal Krishna Khand said President Deuba has urged all NC parliamentarians to return Dashain allowances on Monday. The allowances returned will be deposited in the Nepal Government’s COVID-19 Response Fund.

Khand also expressed serious concern over the government’s decision not to bear the cost of COVID-19 treatment and PCR test of those infected with this disease. “The government has become irresponsible even amid such a public health crisis,”  he said.
