KATHMANDU, April 6: Defence Minister Ishwor Pokharel has been entasked with day-to-day affair responsibility of Nepal in the absence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. President Bidhya Devi Bhandari shouldered responsibilities to Pokharel following recommendations of Oli, the Office of the President said.
