It is said that the CPN (Maoist Center), CPN (Unified Socialist), Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP), and Communist Party of Nepal led by Netra Bikram Chand will be joining the Socialist Front. Discussions are also underway to include Baburam Bhattarai's Nepal Samajwadi Party in this alliance.
Jagannath Khatiwada, a leader of the CPN (Unified Socialist), said that the front will not be announced today because the parties concerned are yet to complete their internal preparations.
