KATHMANDU, July 8: The Central Secretariat of the agitating Federal Alliance has announced to launch "decisive" protests from mid-September.
A meeting of the Secretariat on Friday also decided to train Alliance carders throughout August before going for the decisive protests, the Secretariat's member Keshav Jha told Republica Online.
The meeting also decided to prolong Alliance's relay hunger strike being held at Khullamanch until August 15. According to Jha, the Alliance has decided to start preparations for highway-centric protests from mid-August and decisive protests from mid-September.
"Now the agitation will be the decisive one" Jha added.
The decision made by the Secretariat meeting will be presented in the next meeting of the Alliance's main committee for endorsement.
