Dec 2 was polluted: Data shows

KATHMANDU, Dec 3: Kathmandu's air quality is degrading day by day. As per the Valley Pollution Index on Sunday, morning hours from 8 am till 10 am were the most polluted hours and remaining other hours were also crossing the WHO and Govt standards.
