KATHMANDU, Sept 14: In a bold demonstration, Dalit activists conducted a shirtless rally from Maitighar to New Baneshwar. The protest, initiated by Khagendra Sunar, coordinator of the Dalit campaign, has been ongoing for 34 days at Maitighar Mandala. The movement demands the inclusion of Dalits in all state bodies, as stipulated by the constitution.
