CHITWAN, Dec 10: With more than two third votes counted, former prime minister Puspha Kamal Dahal is leading his competitor, Bikram Pandey of Rastriya Prajatantrik Party by 8413 votes in constituency-3 of Chitwan. Of the 62,132 counted votes, Dahal has received 32,673 while Pandey has received 24,260.
The Office of the Chief Election Officer said that final data was likely to arrive today by the day’s end. Results of the other two constituencies in the House of Representatives of Chitwan have already arrived.
