Dahal-Oli hold meeting

KATHMANDU, March 13: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal held a meeting with the chairman of the main opposition party, CPN-UML, K P Sharma Oli at the prime minister's official residence in Baluwatar.

According to Prime Minister's Press Advisor Gobinda Acharya, the meeting dwelled on various current political issues including amending the constitution for a second time.

"The prime minister proposed to move forward by expediting the constituton amendment process.

However, Oli reiterated UML's old stance on the issue," said Acharya. According to Oli's press coordinator Pramod Dahal, Oli asked the prime minister to hold the election at any cost, saying that the UML was ready to extend any support to the government to help make the election a success.
