KATHMANDU, Jan 8: A rival faction of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) close to Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal has sent a copy of Constitution of Nepal to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli as a symbolic protest against his “unconstitutional” move of parliament dissolution.
A group of representatives from the rival faction of NCP on Friday afternoon submitted a copy of constitution and letter of memorandum to PM Oli via Chief District Officer of Kathmandu.

Chanting slogans against Oli’s move to dissolve the parliament, a group of representatives from the NCP rival faction reached the CDO Office and handed over the document.
Similar type of protest is being held in other districts on Friday itself.
