KATHMANDU, Dec 15: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has termed CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal as ‘the carriers of instability’. 

Chairman Oli also accused Dahal and Nepal of being the reason behind the country not being able to focus on stability and prosperity. Speaking at the oath-taking ceremony of the party’s newly-nominated central members on Wednesday, Oli accused Dahal and Nepal of working to create instability in the country. He also said that there is no possibility of uniting with such elements that are pushing the country toward instability.

Furthermore, Oli mentioned that the Maoists had created instability in the name of movement in the past. “The country is getting divided into two factions at the moment. The whole country should have focused on our efforts toward order, good governance, stability and prosperity in a more coordinated manner. Because the forces that seek to create instability are active,” he said. 

Oli also mentioned that everybody had remained silent even when Dahal expressed that the share market was bad for the economy. 

Earlier, Dahal said that the capital that should have been invested in the industrial sector is being poured into the share market and that he would resolve the issue soon. 

Chairman Oli made a serious allegation against Daha saying that he gave the controversial statement after he did not receive any donations.
