YuwaAaja, is a three-year national campaign of the Daayitwa Movement, supported by UK Aid and organized in collaboration with ILO, to promote youth employment by; understanding key issues of youth employment; supporting youth to lead evidence-based policy and social reforms; and promoting multi-stakeholder knowledge-sharing. Proceeding forward with the campaign- Daayitwa had called for applications from young, innovative and energetic youths from four professional spheres - politics, civil society, bureaucracy, and private sector - to become Daayitwa Innovation Leaders who can advocate for Nepali youth employment issues. Over 150 applications were received at the local, provincial, and federal levels out of which 30 innovation leaders have been selected by a jury comprised of esteemed individuals from various sectors.

The selected 30 innovation leaders will lead campaigns to advocate for critical domestic youth employment issues. For this, they will be given a six-day leadership course designed at Harvard University through Nepal Leadership Academy. The campaign will conclude with a National Youth Summit later this year.
