MAHENDRANAGAR, Aug 25: District Administration Office, Kanchanpur has decided to lift curfew for five hours on Sunday morning.
The curfew will lifted from 5 am and will remain effective until 10 am tomorrow, said Kanchanpur CDO Taranath Adhikari.

However, the curfew will remain imposed throughout the night (8 pm to 5 am tomorrow) in view of the public security.
The local administration has been clamping curfew on Bhimdatta area after the situation became violent due to protests by the locals demanding arrest of the culprit involved in the rape and murder of 13-year-old Nirmala Panta of Kanchanpur district.
