BENI (Myagdi), April 30: Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) Baglung Chapter has conferred this year's Nandahari Creative Journalism Award on National News Agency (RSS) Myagdi correspondent, Dhurab Sagar Sharma. 

The award is handed over annually to journalists in recognition for their seniority, excellence and continuity. 

Minister for Youth and Sports, Jagat Bishwokarma, handed over the award carrying a purse of Rs 15,155 along with a shawl and certificate. 

On the occasion, Minister Bishwokarma noted the journalists' crucial role in heralding social transformation, development and spreading positive thoughts among the people. He also urged the journalists to use their pen for economic prosperity.
