KATHMANDU, August 8: The Standing Committee meeting of the CPN-UML scheduled to be held today has been deferred for tomorrow.

The meeting will be held at 11 AM and central committee meeting will be held at 3 PM at Tulsi Lal Smriti Bhawan in Chyasal.
According to Sher Bahadur Tamang, Office Secretary of the Party, the meeting scheduled for August 8 has been postponed for a day keeping in view the participation of dissidents in the party.
