RAJBIRAJ, Jan 20: A fire which broke out at Bhardaha VDC – 3, Saptari on Thursday evening has gutted properties worth Rs 1.7 million.
The fire started from the cowshed belonging to local, Kapaleshwor Majhi, and quickly spread to two nearby houses. The fire destroyed Kapaleshwor's own house and that of his neighbour, Gajendra Majhi, according to Area Police Office, Bhardaha.
The cause of the fire has not been determined as yet. The fire gutted a tractor, thresher machine, cycle, food grains and crockery inside the cowshed. The fire was taken under control by the locals and police. RSS
