KATHMANDU, Feb 26: A hearing has been scheduled after Resham Lal Chaudhary recorded his statement at Kailali District Court.

The bench of Justice Parshuram Bhattarai had recorded Chaudhary’s statement. Advocates Gangaram Upadhya, Gajendra KC and Milan Rai are backing Chaudhary during the hearing. Following the hearing, the court will decide whether to release Chaudhary, the main accused for Tikapur incident on general date, release on bail or keep him in custody.

Chaudhary had surrendered to the court at 10.45 AM today.  Security has been beefed up in the court.
