Now, Varun took to his Instagram handle to talk about the same issue.

He shared a picture of the earth covered with a face mask. The 'Street Dancer 3D' actor wrote, ''As we all battle this virus. I think it is time we realise that the human race has been extremely selfish. It’s time we introspect. We share this planet with many other species. Development is important but not at the cost of killing other species. We will overcome this but we must realise that messing with Mother Nature comes at a cost.''
Meanwhile, on the work front, Varun star next in David Dhawan's upcoming directorial 'Coolie No. 1' co-starring Sara Ali Khan. The film is a remake of Govinda and Karisma Kapoor's film with the same name. Varun will be seen essaying the role of Govinda in the movie, Sara will be stepping into the shoes of Karisma Kapoor. The film also stars Paresh Rawal and Jaaved Jaaferi in pivotal roles. The film will hit the theatres on May 01, 2020. He is also roped in for Shashank Khaitan's 'Mr. Lele'. The film was to star Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pedneakr as the female leads.
