KATHMANDU, Oct 24: The consumption of petroleum products has surged by 29 percent during the Dashain festival. The consumption of petroleum products, which were consumed in the same proportion in Shrawan (mid-July and mid-August) and Bhadra (mid-August and mid-September), has increased in Ashoj (mid-September to mid-October).
