Constitutional Council meeting to be held today to discuss appointment of Chief Justice

KATHMANDU, May 8: The Constitutional Council meeting is being held today. The meeting has been called at 6 pm at Singha Durbar.

It is said that the appointment of the Chief Justice will be discussed in today's meeting. The post of Chief Justice has been lying vacant for the past 15 months.

Nepal Bar Association has been staging protests demanding immediate appointment of Chief Justice.
