Dolakha, Nov 21: Workers close to the ruling coalition have been chanting slogans in Dolakha, demanding the Election Commission to begin vote count immediately.

They have been chanting slogans in front of Gauri Shankar Multipurpose Campus, where the votes will be counted.

On Sunday afternoon, UML filed a complaint at the district-based election office demanding re-election in polling booths in 5 locations in Dolakha. The District Election Office has forwarded the UML’s complaint letter to the Election Commission.

However, even after 24 hours, the commission has not taken any decision yet. EC officials said that they are currently discussing the matter and will take a final decision by this evening.
