KATHMANDU, May 14: Award-winning British electronic music band, Clean Bandit, is in Nepal to join local singer Neetesh Jung Kunwar in the Tuborg OPEN 2019 Launch Party being held at Prive Nepal, Hotel Soaltee Crowne Plaza in the capital.
As part of their two-day visit to Nepal, on the first day, Neetesh Jung Kunwar performed live on Tuborg Open Launch Party 2019 along with DJ Set by Clean Bandit, to give fans an exclusive opportunity to interact and experience on shuffle.
Fans fulfilled all the required specific action on social media and participated in a digital campaign. Now, Kunwar will be taking Clean Bandit around Kathmandu.
The fan experience will be a key part of the UK pop band's visit to Nepal, where they will be immersed in the local culture that has influenced Kunwar's music. Clean Bandit will then collaborate on a brand-new track with Kunwar which will reflect their shared experience, inspired by their time together in Nepal.
Speaking about the trip to Nepal, Jack Patterson, a member of Clean Bandit, said: “We're really looking forward to spending time in various places around Kathmandu, to learn more about the local music culture. Visiting the places and meeting the people that inspires local artist's music will be a fascinating experience and to be able to share our journey with music fans in the meet and greet session is really special.”
Through the collaboration, Kunwar and Clean Bandit are hoping to encourage music fans to be open to more by pushing the boundaries of what they know and like.
