City Express, Placid sign remittance pact

KATHMANDU, July 9: City Express Money Transfer and Placid Express Money Transfer recently signed an agreement on transferring remittance between each other.



Chandra Tandan, managing director of City Express and Mohammad Rasid, vice chairman of Placid Express signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies. [break]



Now onwards, Nepalis in US, Canada, Italy and Malaysia can send money home through Placid Express, according to a press statement issued on Sunday. The amount can be received from 2,500 authorized local agents, including Class ´A´ banks, development banks and finance companies.
