KATHMANDU, Feb 6: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed a graft-case against Geeta Kumari Panthi, assistant registrar at the Company Registrar Office, Tripureshwaor on Wednesday.

The anti-graft body had arrested Panthi with Rs 100,000 in bribe a week ago.

The case had been filed against Panthi seeking a fine equivalent to the amount taken by Panthi as bribe, informed Madan Koirala, spokesperson at the CIAA.
