KATHMANDU, Sept 26: The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has filed charge sheet against Chairman of a road construction users' committee of Gorkha, Santosh KC, and engineer at the Morang-based Department of the Urban Development and Building Construction.

Division Office, Chandreshwori Yadav, at the Special Court on Monday. 

The charge sheet was filed against KC after he was found embezzling around one million rupees of the users' committee, according to the Committee. 

Similarly, the CIAA filed case against Yadav after a team from CIAA caught Yadav red handed while taking bribe of Rs 10,000 from a service recipient. RSS
