CIAA acting chief commissioner Ganesh Raj Joshi resigns

KATHMANDU, Feb 3: Dr Ganesh Raj Joshi, acting chief commissioner at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), resigned from his post on Wednesday.

KATHMANDU, Feb 3: Dr Ganesh Raj Joshi, acting chief commissioner at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), resigned from his post on Wednesday.

The anti-graft body's commissioner submitted his resignation in writing to President Bidya Devi Bhandari in accordance with Article 238 (4) (A) of the Constitution, according to a press release issued by the President's Office. Joshi is a former government secretary.
