Child goes missing for past 17 days

RAJBIRAJ, Oct 13: A child has gone missing from Bishnupur rural municipality of Saptari for the past 17 days.

Mahesh Kumar Yadav, 11, the youngest son of Rameswor Yadav of Bishnupur rural municipality-5, has gone missing from Adalat Road of Rajbiraj since 26 September. 

Mahes's whereabouts is still unknown, said Krishna Mandal, a local. 

Mahesh is a fifth grader at World Vision School in Rajbiraj. A complaint has been already lodged at the District Police Office. The victim family has urged civil society, human rights defenders and local media workers to search for disappeared Mahesh.(RSS)
