POKHARA, Dec 24: The court has completed recording the statement of Chhabilal Joshi, former vice chairman of Gorkha Media Network, regarding the issues of cooperative fraud, money laundering, and organized crime. 


Judge Nitij Rai at the Kaski District Court took his statement on Tuesday.

Former DIG Joshi's statement, which began on Monday, concluded on Tuesday. Following this, the court started recording the statement of another defendant, Lila Pachhai.


The statement of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane did not start on Tuesday. Along with Rabi, Chhabi, and Lila, Ram Bahadur Khanal was kept in the district court throughout the day on Tuesday.
