Chaudhary to attend Forbes 400 Media summit

KATHMANDU, May 8: Noted industrialist Binod Chaudhary is attending the Forbes 400 Media Summit to be held at the United Nations on June 5. Chaudhary was recently declared as billionaire by Forbes magazine and was ranked at 1,342nd position.



According to a press statement issued by Chaudhary Group, the summit invites limited personalities who are considered designer of future and ground breaking philanthropists from all over the world to interact on one selected theme every year. [break]



The theme for this year is ´Tackling the Extreme Global Poverty´ and 200 eminent personalities have been invited to share the floor that includes Bono, Ted Turner, Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, among others, according to the statement.



"Chaudhary hopes to work on this forum to find donors to participate in the social business fund announced by CG in association with Noble Laureate Professor Mohammad Yunus," the statement added.
