An interaction program was organized by Newa: Patrakar Rastriya Daboo Kathmandu on Thursday to discuss the current situation of the ‘Das Avatar’ recital during Indra Jatra. The program had the presence of the member of provincial assembly -- Rajesh Shakya. Speaking in the event, Shakya pointed out the different obstacles that laid on the execution of Das Avatar. 

During the interaction program, artist of Das Avatar, Rajan Shahi stated that there were problems in the storage of makeup products and costume. Father of the former Kumari, Pratapman Shakya stated that Indra Jatra Management Committee should show their concern in all kind of problems. 

Rajesh Shakya concluded the interaction program saying that the committee needed to search for a long-term solution of all the problems. He further vowed to contribute from his part for the efficient management of Das Avatar. 

However, the representatives of the Das Avatar Guthi and Indra Jatra Management Committee were not present despite being sent invites for the program, stated the organizers.
