KATHMANDU, Sept 23: CG Properties Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of CG Holdings -- one of the largest real estate developers in the country, has announced the launch of premium, affordable luxury villas at Sunakothi of Lalitpur. 

The Villa is the third project of CG Properties following successful completion of Cityscape Apartments and the ongoing project Cityscape Villas -- which is located at a drive of just five minutes drive from Satdobato, according to a statement issued by the company.

CG Properties plans to launch 71 independent luxury villas over 25ropan of picturesque landscape settings. The independent villas are available in different sizes ranging from 1,450 sq ft to 2,150 sq ft of builtup area to cater different customer demand and comprises of up to 4BHK. 

The company also claimed that the project site has an exclusive garden space and car parks, private terrace and luxury fittings and specifications.
